Oi, My journal's sidebar is pretty messed up - lots of dead stamps and whatnot.

Well, its been a while, hasn't it everyone? I've actually logged in almost every single day since my last journal, so I can't call the account inactive, but "busy" fits the mood well. I've been in a constant battle with rent and utilities all Summer - worsened by a sinking economy and poor hours at my event staffing job (There are only so many concerts to work, and they're only usually 4 hour shifts at minimum wage). So, as a result, nothing has happened.

But do not fear! In the near future (The next few weeks), there will be NEW MATERIAL! Well, some of it will be old (I never did get those art project pictures up *Shamed*), but the rest will be new!

Well, I hope it will happen, anyway. I'm going on vacation tomorrow to California. While not entirely fond of Washington-located Californians (No offense, but they tend to flock to Washington like migratory birds with poor driving ability), it is where my significant other is, which is about nine thousand miles closer than before. So I am taking a few weeks to go see her at her Grandmother's house, then bringing her back here.

And, as she is a photographer, and a much better one than me, I can pretty much guarantee you that there will be pictures. Odds are she'll be responsible for any photoshoot-style photos that go up here, while I'd probably be responsible for any spontaneous-types posted.

I hope everyone is doing well, especially those of you who will actually take the time to read this, despite my absence and lack of recent artistry. And no, I don't plan on ever leaving, unless DA somehow pulls off something SO infuriating that it would blow out a portion of my brain to stay any longer. I wouldn't put it past them, but lets hope it doesn't happen.
